We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with law.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Full Refund: If services are cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
• Partial Refund: Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 retainer fee.
• No Refunds: Once testing or collection has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Accuracy and Results

Our role is to collect and process specimens for laboratory analysis. While we ensure proper chain of custody and professional handling, Premier Mobile Drug Testing Solutions is not responsible for laboratory errors or delays in processing or reporting results.

Testing results are based solely on the information and samples provided at the time of service.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take privacy seriously. All personal and test information is handled in accordance with applicable HIPAA laws and our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating with the collection process. Any attempt to tamper with or falsify specimens will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to the requesting agency or employer.

Premier Mobile Drug Testing Solutions, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
